1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ÉDELSKIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or related services.

By submitting such content, you grant ÉDELSKIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the services and fulfilling your requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. ÉDELSKIN disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ÉDELSKIN’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the platform or services will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ÉDELSKIN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted on the platform or website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of ÉDELSKIN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
